IVF (in vitro fertilisation)
IVF is a treatment where eggs are collected from the ovaries and fertilised with sperm in a lab; a resulting embryo is then placed in the uterus. A cycle usually takes about two to three weeks.
IVF (in vitro fertilisation) is a treatment in which eggs are collected from the ovaries and combined with sperm in a laboratory. If an embryo forms, it is placed into the uterus, where it may implant.
