How we evaluate clinics, and our promise
We do not take money from clinics. No clinic can pay to be listed, to rank higher, or to have information removed. What we show is each clinic's official registration and level from the National ART and Surrogacy Registry, presented the same way for everyone. We do not rate or rank clinics ourselves, and a listing is not an endorsement. Our aim is to give you verifiable facts and the questions to ask, so you can decide for yourself.
Choosing a fertility clinic is one of the most personal and expensive decisions you may ever make, and the information around it is scattered and hard to trust. This page explains how we handle clinic information, and the promise that sits behind everything here.
What we actually do
For each clinic, we show its official registration status and level from the National ART and Surrogacy Registry, along with its name, address, and contact details where the registry lists them. That registration is the spine of the directory because it is verifiable. You can check it against the government record yourself.
We present this information clearly and consistently, and we pair it with plain guidance, such as the questions to ask a clinic and the red flags worth watching for. The goal is to help you ask better questions, not to make the decision for you.
What we do not do
We do not rate, score, or rank clinics ourselves. We have no "best clinic" list and no star ratings of our own. A clinic appearing in the directory is not a recommendation or an endorsement from us. It means the clinic is on the official register, nothing more and nothing less.
Where the registry does not clearly record a clinic's level, we say so and mark it unverified rather than fill the gap with a guess. We would rather show you a little less and have it be true.
Why we lead with registration
Registration is an official, checkable signal. It does not depend on our opinion, on reviews that can be gamed, or on who paid for placement. It tells you a clinic has met the legal requirements to operate and what procedures it is approved for. It is a starting point you can rely on, which is exactly why we built the directory around it.
