These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Fertility Decoded, fertilitydecoded.org (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Fertility Decoded is a free, independent information service for people navigating fertility care in India. It includes educational content and a directory of fertility clinics built from the public National ART and Surrogacy Registry. It is provided for general information only.

Nothing on the Site is medical advice, and using it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your own situation. Please read our medical disclaimer.
About the directory information
We take clinic information from the official National ART and Surrogacy Registry and present it as accurately as we can, but we provide it "as is" and do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free. Registration status reflects the public register, not our judgement of a clinic's quality, and a listing is not an endorsement or recommendation. You can read how we work on our how we evaluate page. Always verify important details, including a clinic's current registration, directly with the clinic and the official registry.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it. In particular, you agree not to attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Site, not to scrape or harvest its data at scale or by automated means, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Site's original content, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as the law allows. Third-party names and marks, including clinic names, belong to their respective owners.
